Hi! My name is Toya Harper, an Atlanta native and Founder of We Wed Atlanta. I am a God-fearing woman who is proudly in love with my husband. I enjoy spending great quality with my family and I'm a huge foodie. As your wedding officiant, I am eager to listen and help develop your romantic love language that shadows your unique love story. I am an open book that is here to serve you and enlighten your love nuptials. I'm so excited and overjoyed to meet you and embark on this amazing ride of love.
